Investigators will file three criminal complaints—including violations of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act and illegal possession of prohibited interest by a public officer—as well as three administrative cases for gross misconduct, serious dishonesty, and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service.
Santiago disclosed that the property in question was appraised at P3.9 billion but was taxed at a mere P10,000 in real property dues, with zero taxes collected on the building constructed on the site., This news data comes from:http://dor-aav-gsr-pbvt.yamato-syokunin.com
